Dehai Tao, PC was established in 1994. It has three attorneys and three legal assistants. In addition to individual clients, it has hundreds of corporate clients around the United States.
Dehai is the founder of this firm. He graduated from the University of Michigan Law School with both LL.M and JD degrees in 1991. He also has LL.M from China University of Political Science and Law in 1984. He has handled more than 15,000 immigration cases successfully.
Jane Wang is a member of the State Bar of Michigan. Ms. Wang received her JD degree from Michigan State University College of Law and Master's Degree in Cross-Culture and International Education.
Ms. Wang’s major fields of practice include Employment-Based Immigration Visas Eb1, Eb2, Eb3, Eb5, and Nonimmigrant visas L, H, E, TN and O , and Family-Based Immigration Visas.
Ms. Wang worked in Immigration Law Clinic at Michigan State University College of Law. There, she did research on the legal immigration system, and represented clients before Immigration Court. Also, she worked as an associate at Zhonglunwende Law Firm in Beijing, where she advised Chinese clients on Eb5, corporate, tax, labor, and contract issues in China. She served as a visiting scholar with Peking University College of Law in China. Her comprehensive knowledge with Chinese Law and US Law makes Ms. Wang unique among US lawyers.
